As former COO of ANYMOVE, he built scalable operations from scratch, leveraging AI, no-code, and low-code tools to drive efficiency and empower teams. Beyond work, Robert advocates for environmental protection and finds balance in the kitchen, approaching cooking with the same curiosity and precision he brings to his work.
Marc Keivan built a mobility startup from scratch. As COO of Avocargo, he scaled e-bike fleet operations across multiple cities, navigating the chaos of an early-stage company while keeping logistics and team culture intact. This is what makes him a natural coompanion: he's not theorizing about operational excellence, he has lived it. Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French, he connects easily with teams across cultures and markets.
